Mr. Sherman received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to practice in California in 1988 and has been associated with the firm since 1993. Mr. Sherman's practice focuses on business and real estate. He assists his clients in litigation (in State and Federal Court) and ADR (alternate dispute resolution), such as mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Toby received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in California in 1977 and has been associated with the firm since 1981. Mr. Toby's practice focuses on business transactions (acquisitions), business formation (corporations, partnerships, LLC's), franchise law, and estate planning (trusts and wills).

Mr. Doyle received his undergraduate degree from St. Mary's College of California and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to practice in California in 1989 and became "Of Counsel" with the firm in the beginning of 2011. Mr. Doyle's practice focuses on Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property Law. He assists his business clients with a broad range of commercial matters, including global and domestic purchase and sale transactions of all types, equipment leases, technology licensing, vendor, supply and manufacturing agreements, and real estate leasing and construction.
